My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were more than spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable experience overall. While there was a slight issue with the non-smoking room preference during check-in, it didn't overshadow the positive aspects of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the noise from the main avenue was a bit bothersome. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but I felt a bit singled out in some instances. The location was convenient for getting around the city, although not ideal for downtown sightseeing. The dining experience offered a good variety of choices but felt a bit chaotic. The facilities were decent but lacked some key amenities.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the room I stayed in was super big and spacious, perfect for two people, and it was also lovely, clean, and comfortable. However, the service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being unhelpful when I needed assistance, although others were particularly helpful in resolving issues with our airport transfer. The location was quite convenient, being very close to downtown and the bus station to Badaling, but a bit out of the way from the main tourist attractions. When it came to dining, while the food was expensive, it was good but not excellent for the high price. The facilities were overall good, but there were some efficiencies here and there.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The room had the usual standard Holiday Inn style decoration and was perfectly clean. It provided all the necessary amenities for a business stay and was surprisingly quiet despite the busy road in front of the hotel. On the downside, having to climb up 14 flights of stairs was a bit tiring.
